Serpongupdate.com – Aryaduta Lippo Village realizes the consumer behavior in 2019, which is always hunting for new culinary options, therefore the hotel that is located in Karawaci – Tangerang, has once again made a breakthrough.
This time, the management team decided to expand the concept and menu of “The Gardenia”, one of the hotel restaurants, becoming a Mediterranean restaurant effective on February 2019.
A variety of Mediterranean dishes are ready to be served, such as: Grilled Tuna Provencal, Ravioli Porcini and Ricotta Cheese, Confide Duck Leg, Slow Cooked Lamb Shank, Seared Sea Bass and Grilled Marinated Salmon.
One of the initiator of new Gardenia concept and menu was Aryaduta Lippo Village Executive Chef, Alain Krumm. The French Chef with more than 35 years of professional experience in the hospitality industry surrounding Europe and Asia.
“We make our commitment happen to always create an innovation for our guests, as they are looking for new culinary options, healthy dishes yet still have a high quality standard,” said chef Alain.
“The Mediterranean concept here is dominated by fish creation and using natural ingredients. Therefore, we offer healthy cuisines. The Gardenia also become one of the Mediterranean restaurant from a few in Tangerang,” he added.
While Boedy Christian, the Aryaduta Lippo Village Executive Assistant Manager also said, We brought the Mediterranean concept, which is a combination of several countries: Greek, French, Italy, Spain, Portuguese and Turkey, based on research as well as observation, where the culinary trend nowadays is so dynamic, global and open.
“We hope that this new concept and menu is able to provide a new and exciting culinary experience for hotel guests and loyal customers of The Gardenia,” Boedy added.
The Gardenia is located on the hotel lobby area with operating hours from 12:00 until 10:00 PM every day. This private room is a milieu for romantic date or engaging business lunch or dinner. (rls)
